Including Non-Standard Waste Positions and Sizes.

The versatility of the Newline ProFinish Tile Tray System allows you to create the tiled shower of your choice, while avoiding the need for expensive and time consuming structural changes. Newline can also supply the glass door or glass panels to complete the shower.

Non Standard Waste Positions
In some situations the position of the waste is determined by the floor joists or influenced by the re enforcing within the concrete floor. The waste position of the standard pre-made trays can be adjusted within a specified area. Please refer to our brochures and discuss your requirements with your retailer. This customizing may incur an additional cost.

Level Entry Showers
The Newline ProFinish Tile tray System can be used for level entry showers (recessed into the floor). Once the tile tray has been installed and the tile thickness confirmed, Newline can supply the glass door or glass panels to fit the shower.

Complete Bathroom Floors. Wet Area Floors and Wheel Chair Access
The Newline ProFinish System can also provide solutions for complete bathroom floors. The bases are light weight, acoustically superior to sand and cement and the flexibility of their size, shape and waste position removes the need for expensive and time consuming structural changes.

To Order a Custom Shower or ProFinish Tray

Complete the Newline Request For Quote Form (Available from your local Retailer or from one of our brochures)
Be sure to include all the ‘Information required to Manufacture’ a custom tray as follows:

  • Draw a diagram showing all the outside measurements of the tray.
  • Show measurements of waste position from walls
  • State Shower Model if required
  • State Shower Type; 1,2,3, Walled or Neo Angle
  • State sill size (60mm wide X 60mm high is our standard sill)

If a door or glass panels are required please state:

  • Door Model
  • Style and Type of door
  • Hinge placement for Shape hinged doors, i.e. mounted on corner or side panel.

Level Entry Showers

  • Do not take the final measurement for the door until the tray is installed and the tile thickness has been confirmed.

Wheel Chair Access Shower

  • If a wheel chair access shower is being ordered specify whether tiles or vinyl will be laid over the Newline ProFinish base.

Return the “Request for Quote” Form to your retailer who will forward it to Newline for a quotation.
Newline will then supply a drawing and a quotation. Once the quote has been approved and signed by the customer, the retailer will return the signed quote to Newline. Orders will not enter production until written, signed confirmation has been received by Newline. 
Custom made ProFinish trays and custom doors are non refundable and non returnable. A 50% non refundable deposit is required for non standard orders before the order will be processed.
